Title: View Extender

Primary Locations: Monterrey - Nuevo León or Mexico (MX) - Coahuila JD Shared Svcs-Ramos Component

Function: Supply Management / Logistics

Main Responsibilities

  • Sets up material masters (material creation) for both manufactured and purchased materials using SAP system

  • Creates schedule agreements (purchase orders) centrally

  • Establishes the relationship between vendor and material by maintaining the source list

  • Provides training and expertise regarding complex problem solving within business software workflow

  • Provides to Supply Management support in the interpretation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) advice to provide centralized planning support and/or to special projects

  • Identifies process gaps and improvements to current procedures and documentation

  • Performs system audits to ensure compliance with the standards, allowing for optimization, improvements and correction of errors

  • Performs various administrative support tasks, including parameter studies, enhancements to documentation, and on-the-job training to co- workers and sister facilities

What Skills You Need

  • 100% English fluent, support to USA Deere facilities

  • Performs functions in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Macros, Access, Power Apps, SharePoint)

  • Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution

  • Self-learner and process improvement mindset

What Makes You Stand Out

  • 1-2 years experience in Scripting/VBA/Python

  • Dashboards development & visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects, DB2 or HANA

  • SAP Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Supply Management Processes and tools

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and concepts

Education (or equivalent experience)

  • Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience

  • Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience

  • Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.
