Lead and/or support the e-Commerce requisition to payment initiative within a unit or across Deere units and/or divisions with Deere's supply chain. Has a thorough understanding and responsibility for the requisition to payment process from ordering thru payment. Identifies and drives process improvements for permanent structural changes. May perform some of the duties of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Coordinator I.
What Skills You Need
Primary contact for internal and external customers on e-Commerce related issues for the requisition to payment process. Takes responsibility for permanent resolution for the more complex e-commerce and technical problems within a unit or across units and/or divisions. Works with appropriate cross functional areas (Supply Management, Receiving, Systems, Accounts Payable Shared Services) for problem resolution.
Thorough understanding of the requisition to payment process for direct and indirect material. Works with domestic and foreign suppliers to e-connect suppliers in a consistent manner across Deere units and/or divisions.
May supervise Automatic Shipping Notice (ASN) Resolution Specialist(s) and/or Invoice resolution specialist(s).
Responsible for the overall day-to-day coordination, implementation and communication of Deere's Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes to internal and external customers.
Responsible for setting up new trading partners and maintaining partner profiles in the Gentran translator.
Monitors daily Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) reports and troubleshoots error messages and conducts root cause analysis.
Provides Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) training to Supply Management, Accounting and Receiving personnel.
