Title: Inside Sales Specialist - 65263
This position may be located in Rock Valley, IA, Charlotte NC, or flexible work arrangement can be considered per the hiring manager's discretion. This may be dependent on the successful candidate's background, experience, and proficiency.
As an Inside Sales Specialist you will perform regular calls on customers to ensure customer satisfaction with assigned accounts working across multiple channels. Additionally, you will:
Develop and achieve sales goals and objectives across multiple channel partners.
Be responsible for the relationship with customers selling parts and programs, researching history, documenting product lines and services within the accounts.
Serve as the key point of contact assisting customers with issues, providing advice on product mix, promote new parts and program sales.
Respond to customer requests for parts and inventory information.
Inform customers on the company's policies and procedures relating to freight, returns, warranty, pricing, receivables, etc.
Delivers product, technical and systems training for accounts.
Document and collect market insights, product and competitive data in the industry and new product suggestions to the internal organization.

What Skills You Need
5 or more years of experience in Field Sales and or Inside Sales Call Center experience
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
High level of business acumen in marketing, sales and management
Experience in customer support or product support
What Makes You Stand Out
Equipment knowledge in Ag, Turf or Construction products
Sales experience in multiple distribution channels
High level of interpersonal including verbal, non-verbal and listening
Expertise in customer relationship management
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree with concentration in Business/Management, Marketing/Sales, Agricultural Sciences
