Title: Customer Support Administrator - 53208
Primary Location: New Zealand (NZ) - Bay of Plenty (NZ-BOP) - Rotorua
Hiring Manager: Jason Huitema
As Customer Support Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to provide customer support for all Waratah customers. You’ll be based out of our Rotorua Distribution Center. Specifically, you will:
Manage our New Zealand customer support Help desk, key responsibility is providing solutions to keep our customers up and running
Manage our New Zealand customer database ensuring up to date and accurate information is available
Maintain our service and product support bulletins ensuring availability to the distribution team
Maintain and process all new machine registrations
Process and manage warranty claims, including monitoring progress, monthly reporting and communication with the Customer Support Manager
Experience and knowledge of forest harvesting operations is advantageous
Proven customer-focus and ability to quickly build effective relationships
Experience in technical training in a similar work environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Be self-driven and happy working out on your own, but also work well as part of our small professional close-knit team.
