Title: Customer Support Administrator - 53208

Primary Location: New Zealand (NZ) - Bay of Plenty (NZ-BOP) - Rotorua

Hiring Manager: Jason Huitema

Your job:

As Customer Support Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to provide customer support for all Waratah customers. You’ll be based out of our Rotorua Distribution Center. Specifically, you will:

  • Manage our New Zealand customer support Help desk, key responsibility is providing solutions to keep our customers up and running

  • Manage our New Zealand customer database ensuring up to date and accurate information is available

  • Maintain our service and product support bulletins ensuring availability to the distribution team

  • Maintain and process all new machine registrations

  • Process and manage warranty claims, including monitoring progress, monthly reporting and communication with the Customer Support Manager

Your skills:

  • Experience and knowledge of forest harvesting operations is advantageous

  • Proven customer-focus and ability to quickly build effective relationships

  • Experience in technical training in a similar work environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Be self-driven and happy working out on your own, but also work well as part of our small professional close-knit team.
