Title: Engineering Changes Coordinator

Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila (MX-COA) - Saltillo

Function: Manufacturing Engineering

This is a temporary position for 8 months.

Main Responsibilities:

o Analyze various error reports and distribute for resolution

o Monitors Part Data Management (PDM) system performance.

o Administers and workflow templates and resourcing changes.

o Maintain system configuration to support Engineering Change Management

o Participates in the development and implementation of PDM process/system updates.

o Create Help Desk Tickets for more detailed assistance for PDM issue resolutions

o Notify all users with issues or suggestions for improved operation.

o Assists with sister factory design change communication to appropriate factory/design center contacts.

o Administer local only drawings and publish to system viewers

o Assist in Geometry Reviews of Engineering changes

o Provide backup to assist Specification Analysts in peak periods.

What Skills You Need:

o PDM and SAP systems knowledge desired

o CProject and MS programs

o Decision making skills

o Good analytical and Problem Solving skills

o Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools.

o Design Engineering experience helpful.

What Makes You Stand Out:

o Skill in using company design processes.

o Knowledge of industry standards for dimension and tolerancing, weld symbols, etc.

o Knowledge of Product Delivery Process programs.

o Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge.

Education (or equivalent experience):

o Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
