Employs demonstrated knowledge and experience in Industrial Control Systems to support the implementation of the enterprise Operation Technology (OT) Cybersecurity strategy.
Provides technical expertise in OT by identifying and communicating security requirements from the manufacturing operations to other IT and OT Security teams.
Defines and manages the enterprise OT Security applications around backups, vulnerabilities resolution and asset inventory.
Support No Asset Left Behind (NALB) Advanced implementations by providing guidance and tools to reduce implementation time.
Guide Factory groups globally through cyber security alerts and Cyber threats / work with factory contacts
Work with the Manufacturing Technologies Team to define the Cyber Security Components of the Mfg Tech Stack
What Skills You Need
Background in Engineering (Manufacturing, Factory Automation, Controls or IT).
+5 Years of experience in OT devices process integration and implementation (PLCs, Robots, Torque Tools, CNC, Laser Machines).
Proven Knowledge in Industrial Control communication protocols (EthernetIP, Profinet, MQTT, OPC UA, OPC DA).
Excellent communications skills as well as internal collaboration and relationship building skills
Fluency in English; written, verbal and comprehension
Experience in delivering support, teaching and mentoring others, ability to create, manage, execute test plan
What Makes You Stand Out
Understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and knowledge in the OT Cybersecurity space: Vulnerabilities, Advisories; CVSS.
Experience in OT Devices backup, configuration and programming tools (Studio 5000, RsLogix, Tia Portal, Asset Centre)
Experience in Factory Automation and Manufacturing solutions (Ignition, JDAAT, AMES, Kepware,
Strong desire to drive a cultural change within John Deere
Bachelor´s degree related to field or equivalent experience.
