Title: Technical Support Specialist - DTAC

Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila (MX-COA) - Saltillo

Function: Customer & Product Support

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provides product and customer support to the Dealer (channel partner) network and field team, primarily through the DTAC system, for the Tractor platform.

  • Develops new solutions and provides product technical support to field teams, channel partners, customers on more complex problems.

  • Identifies emerging issues or advanced product problems using known information & personal knowledge.

  • Once identified, puts together an evidence package and presents to a Data Analysis Team for agreement on starting a formal Corrective Action Review.

  • Identifies discrepancies in Service publications and reports this to the appropriate group.

  • May travel to the field to collect failure data to provide problem definition on more complex problems.

What Skills You Need:

  • Ability to influence without authority through effective relationship building Knowledge's, about hydraulic, electrical, electronic, transmissions and diesel engines.

  • Required high capacity to write and communicate verbally in English and Spanish language.

  • Experience with the application of computers and computing-systems (e.g. MS-Office)

  • Solution-orientated way of action.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Additional language skills will be beneficial.

  • Experience with the agricultural business and/or dealer net organization would be beneficial.

Education (or equivalent experience):

  • University degree in mechanics, agriculture or agricultural engineering or equivalent.
