What You’ll Do:

The general task of Training Administrator is to provide administration services for Training Units of John Deere and maintaining good relations with business partners.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Administration of all training types using our internal administration system

  • Scheduling trainings for dealers, customers and employees within Region 2

  • Creation of training schedule offerings in our system and adjust it according to the needs

  • Participating in planning of trainings and creating of calendars

  • Taking enrollments, supporting sessions, completing exit evaluations

  • Supporting on-site and on-line trainings from the administration perspective

  • Coordinating the end-to-end learning programs in line with resources and timeline

  • Generating reports, prepare evaluations and document surveys

  • Supporting field managers with training queries and training administration in internal system

  • Cooperating with internal and external providers and trainers and their administration

  • Preparing paperwork for training administration

    What It Takes:

    We need an excellent communicator in English, who thrives on solving problems and working in an international team environment.

    Required skills:

  • Administrative or Technical or University Degree

  • Administrative experience e.g. planning activities or creating reports and surveys

  • Good English written & spoken- mandatory

  • Additional language e.g. German, French, Russian, Spanish or Italian would be an advantage

  • Team player, positive attitude

  • IT affinity, readiness to learn

  • Solution-oriented way of working

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint
