Title: PV&V Engineer
Duties
Expert user of excavator/wheel loader/backhoe machine forms to guide NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) test planning
Analyses engineering specification and determines suitable analysis and test strategies which must be fulfilled for complex problems or projects of moderate scope (PDP).
Evaluates possible design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering applications.
Support supervisor to develop the NVH test capacity. Plans, Coordinates, Performs, Analysis.
This position will support personnel including PV&V engineers and technicians. Provides technical consultation and a knowledge base

FEA, CFD experience
Experience with end-user customers of construction machines
Required
Skill in using engineering data analysis tools, including data acquisition(SCADAS/Squardriga etc.).
Knowledge of Product Delivery Process and CI Process.
Knowledge of industry Product Verification & Validation processes and execution methodologies.
Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge
Fundamental understanding of excavator, wheeled loader and backhoe machine forms. Additionally knowledge/familiarity with machines manufactured by competitors.
Product design, test and/or analysis experience. - more than 5 years
Education
Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Degree in a Science discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Degree in an Agricultural Sciences discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
