Function: Marketing / Sales

Your Position:

Your Responsibilities:

Delivers training to channel partner, company employees, and customers.

Takes the lead role in the delivery of training and mentor less-experienced instructor.

Extensive travel may also be required to deliver training to fulfill audience requirements.

Takes the lead role to develop/adapts content and training materials and activities for classes, (marketing, technical, management, sales, etc).

Manages and negotiate outside vendor training and remote locations in response to training audience requirement.

Mentors others.

Researches training topics to increase subject matter expertise specific to product, machine systems, professional skills, and product applications. Distribute/shares traininginformation with appropriate channel partners, company personnel, and customers.

Constructs and maintains training aids and equipment, classroom exercises, simulations, and practice exercises.

Documents, maintains and updates training curriculum for Instructor Guide.

Ensure the integrity of documentations as well as the validity to current product, training delivery processes, and organizational needs.

Continually evaluates the effectiveness of the course meeting its objectives during delivery and from evaluations.

Makes appropriate changes to course materials and delivery. Utilizes knowledge of training to promote training products, training systems, and training materials.

Responsible for classroom/training event administration (acquire roster, taking enrollment, completing exit evaluations) and communicating results to appropriate personnelor system.

What Skill You Need:

Demonstrated experience (2+ yrs) in instructional skills

Good technical knowledge of construction machine (3+ yrs)

Communication skills to evaluate training needs for dealers and internal personnel

Develop and update trainingcontents in English and Chinese, like component training, EPDP .etc

Negotiate and work with vendors on training operation, like tools, consumption materials etc.

Deliver technician Level 2 and Capstone training for technicians

Deep understanding of electrical, hydraulic diagnostics and JD insight

Deliver Product Fundamentals, Competitor Advantage, Application trainings for sales personnel ;

What Make You Stand Out:

Demonstrated experience (2+ yrs) in instructional skills

EDUCATION:

Bachelor degree in engineering or related majors
