-As a Business Analyst for John Deere Electronic Solutions in Torreon, Mexico, you will be focused on requirements for new systems and processes related to Electronic Manufacturing Execution System (EMES).
-Assist the Product Owner on assigned complex projects by providing project leadership, facilitating discussions across functional areas and deliver results in the required timeframes.
-Research, analyze and document business requirements for developing or enhancing complex systems.
-Help business manage implementation, testing, training, and communication associated with assigned projects.
-Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with the business, accounting and IT while serving as a strong advocate of new/enhanced solutions or processes throughout the organization.
-Develop test cases and participate in user acceptance testing of business system project implementations as well as getting needed approvals for deployments to production.
-Address end-user process questions for processes that have been implemented, provides process/system break/fix support, and implements process/system enhancements of high complexity.
-Fully participate in a t-shaped Agile team, where you will have the opportunity to learn other roles on the team and flex to support highest need.
-Actively work to share knowledge among team members.
-Apply information analysis to assist in the effective implementation and integration of a business process using technology.
-Assist development team to explain or clarify project requirements, business processes, create test scenarios, replicate issues, and project estimation.

What Skills You Need:
-Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and experience.
-Experience collaborating with business and IT teams to provide IT solutions.
-Work collaboratively on an Agile team to deliver solutions that meet all acceptance criteria
-This requires strong communication and collaboration skills in English and in Spanish, as team is located in Torreon and in Fargo, ND.
-Ability to develop new/enhanced processes or solutions to meet the needs of the business.
-Experience researching, analyzing, and defining acceptance criteria for developing or enhancing complex systems.
-Ability to see the big picture view of Deere's direction and strategy and the ability to understand the organization's vision.
-Provide unit support on general questions, break/fix issues, and process enhancements.
-Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10%.
-Performs more complex functions, understands principles, may teach others.
What Makes You Stand Out:
-Experience supporting business in developing and delivering end-user training.
-Experience working in customer service or related customer-oriented environment.
- 1 or more years of working in Agile/Scrum development environment.
-Experience working cross-functionally with multiple cultures while leveraging the diversity of the team.
-Project management experience including plan development, budget management, team management, requirements gathering, delivery, and deployment.
- 1 or more years of experience working with applications and data.
-Information technology experience.
-Experience in software development/testing.
Education (or equivalent experience):
- 4 year degree in Computer Science or related field.
