Title: Credit Processing Specialist III (49200205) - 73685

Candidates applying for this position must have the proper work authorization to work in Canada to be considered for this position. Canada visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Your Responsibilities

As a Credit Processing Specialist, you will be a member of the credit support audit team. You will be responsible for reviewing/auditing lending documentation for completeness and accuracy to process credit approvals for new retail finance business. In addition, you will:

  • Respond to and resolve incoming dealer inquiries

  • Audit PPSA registrations according to company guidelines

  • Confirm equipment and rate eligibility

  • Contact dealerships for outstanding items i.e.: insurance, missing documentation

  • Enter data into the Credit Delivery System (Ceres)

  • Prepare documentation as required

What Skills You Need

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

  • Ability to work overtime during peak seasons to meet business needs

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience working in the finance industry

  • Experience working in customer service or related customer-oriented environment


Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:

  • Post-secondary education in business, finance or a related field
