John Deere Walldorf GmbH & Co. KG serves as our Sales & Marketing competency centre for Europe, North Africa, Middle East, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) as well as Russia and counts about 320 employees who support our dealers to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
As part of the marketing team, The Global Training Organization (GTO) is committed to support the region with effective sales training material to help our field teams as well as our dealers to achieve their business goals.
Effective immediately, we are looking for an
to add to our R2 Sales Training Development team.
Supporting the development of our training material
Supporting the administrative tasks following the production of the material
Help to upload/update VSGs in different formats, considering new templates, pictures, etc.
Monitoring the present status of VSGs with regards to translation, updates, etc. in different languages
Conducting quality survey for the existing training material with field teams, dealers and business partners.
Help organize and categorize our network sharepoints
What Skills You Need:
You are currently enrolled in university and pursuing studies in the field of Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration or Sales and Marketing.
Ideally, you have a background in agriculture
Very good command of English
High analytical capacity
Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office tools
Dedicated with high attention to details
Highly motivated with self-confidence
Ability to work independently as well as in teams
Good communication skills
