Our Digital Aftermarket Services department is looking for a

Intern Aftermarket, Customer Support and Precision Ag Digital Delivery (m/f/d)

Our Digital Aftermarket Service team develops and supports the digital lifecycle solutions to deliver an exceptional customer experience and enable aftermarket growth. We are responsible for the warranty extension program, parts e-commerce platform, inspection lists, retrofitting machinery with connected solutions and reporting.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the creation and update of the Aftermarket, Customer Support and Precision Ag PowerBi reports

  • Development of a regional digital aftermarket services dashboard & support definition of OKR.

  • Support extended warranty team with pricing, new machine series implementation, reporting.

  • Creation and delivery of training material for digital aftermarket services tools.

What Skills You Need:

  • Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are desirable.

  • Structured and organized working approach.

  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerBI.
