Manager Human Resources (m/f/d)
for our Sales & Marketing Service Center located in Walldorf.

In this role, you will holistically manage all local HR processes for this unit which is characterized by an international work environment and clientele. You will work closely with our HR Operations Center and a number of Centers of Expertise on a national and European level.
The key tasks for this position include:
•Shaping the strategic and operational HR vision of the Walldorf site
•Fostering and sustaining a strategic partnership with management
•Leading negotiations and managing industrial relations with our works council in a goal-oriented manner
•Counselling people leaders regarding questions pertaining to labor and tariff law, industrial relations as well as the HR strategy, personnel management and talent development
•Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations at the Walldorf site in collaboration with other internal stakeholders and managing external suppliers
•Leading, designing and driving local or national strategic HR projects and supporting and committing to the HR transformation journey across units
This is what we are looking for in a candidate:
•A degree in an academic discipline focused on HR (such as economic and social sciences, psychology or legal)
•Multiple years of professional experience in a leading function in HR and in a dynamic business environment
•A proven record of a trustful and successful industrial relations management and in-depth knowledge of co-determination rights as well as labor and social security legislation
•Poise, self-confidence and pronounced communication skills
•A passion for working in an increasingly digital and international environment
•Excellent command of the German and English language
