Title: Part-Time Student - Manufacturing Engineering - Waterloo, IA - 58723
Update and Maintain the Foundry Preventative Maintenance Plans in the SAP PMmodule
Analyze Original Equipment Manufacturer documentation to prepare newpreventative maintenance plans
Aid in the requisition and purchase of repair parts and equipment
Extract and analyze plant maintenance metric information from SAP
Generate daily/weekly reports tracking PM compliance and departmental delay
Assist Maintenance Engineers in assorted project management tasks
What it Takes
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Must be a full-time student at a local university or college (Hawkeye, UNI, Wartburg, etc.)
If currently attending a community college, must be planning to pursue a 4-year degree
Must be available to work a minimum of 12 months
Pursing a degree in Manufacturing Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering or related studies
Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university
Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis
Graduation date of May 2021 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
16 - 20 hours/week during the academic year
35 - 40 hours/week during the summer semester
A Strong Candidate Will Also Have
Working Knowledge of AutoCAD
Exposure to Foundry Processes
30 hr. OSHA certification
