Onsite/Remote: Partial Remote Position

The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND .

Your Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Student-Product Support for Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, IA , you will:

• Assist in root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions for issues.

• Work closely with the supervisor or other product support personnel to support communication of problem resolution activities to key stakeholders.

• Provide innovative ideas for direct to customer information.

• Provide innovative ideas for data analysis using Tableau or other innovative data management techniques.

This position is not available to students on immigration visas.

What Skills You Need

• Ideally you will be pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business management, or data science; others may apply.

• Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. local accredited college/university.

• Graduation date of December 2024 or later.

• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.

• Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly.

• Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly.

• Must be able to commute to the work location in Waterloo, Iowa, a minimum of 3 days weekly year-round.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Ability to work and contribute as part of a diverse team.

• Organizational and project management skills.

• Professional communication skills both written and oral.

• Experience with Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, teams).

• Experience with engineering tools such as ProE, Auto CAD, either through employment or educational coursework.

• Experience with data and analytics.

• Experience with Data Analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.).
