Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa (US-IA) - Waterloo

Function: Supply Management / Logistics

Title: Part-Time Student - Supply Management / Logistics - Waterloo, IA - 62888

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist Material Flow Analyst and Returnable Container Specialist to: Help maintain internal replenishment strategies, physically and within SAP.

  • Learn and perform Material Coordinator duties to support assembly production.

  • Help to develop and implement new replenishment strategies for new parts (New Engine Programs)

What It Takes

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Willingness to work in a factory environment.

  • Must be registered as a full-time college student - Business, Supply Management or Industrial/Manufacturing Technology

  • Must be a full-time student at a local university or college (Hawkeye, UNI, Wartburg, etc.)

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher

  • If currently attending a community college, must be planning to pursue a 4-year degree

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 12 months

  • Willingness to work 16-24 hours per week during school and up to 40 during summer.

A Strong Candidate Will Also Have

  • Previous logistic or factory experience would be helpful but not necessary
