Function: Supply Management / Logistics
Title: Supply Mgmt Specialist - 41642
As a Supply Management Specialist for Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, IA, you will provide tactical support for tractor Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) programs, including part release tracking, build tracking, and metric tracking. You are required to be a self-starter and a confident communicator who can troubleshoot and solve issues. In addition, you will:
Track component delivery for all builds Feasibility (FB), Durability (DB), Limited Production (LPB), and Start of Production (SOP) through established reports and collaboration from the central planning team, material flow, and our warehouses.
Track and summarize program CProjects workflow completion through established reports.
Develop and execute a tracking method for program-specific health metrics.
Source components to the appropriate paint supplier and maintain supplier relationships for all paint suppliers.

What Skills You Need
2 or more years of experience in a Supply Management or Material Management role
2 or more years working in SAP
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
Experience in roles that require demonstration of effective communication skills (written and verbal)
What Makes You Stand Out
Demonstrated experience with Part Data Management (PDM) and cProjects
Experience with the Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) and new product development programs, similar to the ones used at John Deere
Demonstrated effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Project management experience including creating a plan, coordinating resources and delivering results
Education (or equivalent work experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business Management, or Information Technology
